Mt. Shasta Retreat: Awakening Spirit & Activating Bodies
June 24th - 28th, we shall gather in the sacred space of Mt. Shasta for an intimate retreat of just 9 divine BEings. Join Jen Cunnings, Darlene Owen and Jana Powers for a powerful gathering of women to awaken our spirits, activate our bodies and uplift our vibration! Mt. Shasta is known as the Root Chakra of the Earth, so we’ll be activating our lower chakras connecting us to our power and our bodies.
The images below just a few of the magical places we will visit to connect with the land, meditate and activate the energies. We will be hiking to a few of these places, so be sure your body enjoys hiking!
In addition to the tours and sacred site visits, Darlene, Jen and Jana will be offering intuitive readings, energy healings, activations, meditations, energy exercises, group facilitation and more. Jana will be helping to open up your sensual energy and invite pleasure and feminine energy into every area of your life. This energy can be used to power you creatively, spiritually or sexually.
