What Is Balance?

We hear about the importance of balance between family and work and play but I think true balance is more than that. It's about nurturing yourself and being present and aware in your every moment. It is when we spend too much time thinking of the past or worrying about the future we disrupt our balance.  

Some things to consider:

  • Being present in moment - Mindfullness Giving and receiving – practicing both everyday
  • Experiencing masculine and feminine energies
  • Having daily graditude

 

How balanced do you feel today? What areas can you reflect on right now that might bring you closer to feeling at peace? How do you think that becoming more balanced in your life will provide you happiness?
